We're passionate about our people and we strive everyday to create a more inclusive culture for women in technology. In celebrating International Women's Day, we spoke to some of our amazing team members to see what they had to say.

I enjoy working at Lokulus because I feel their values and mission resonate with my own. The company's commitment to integrity, excellence, and client satisfaction aligns with my values. As a woman in the technology industry, the support and trust I receive from the leadership team here make me feel deeply empowered, especially an industry which is innovative and constantly pushing boundaries. I feel I can make a positive impact giving me the sense of confidence and pride to work for such a great tech company.

Helen Moore – Engineering Manager

There’s such a great culture of support across Lokulus, and being a woman here just amplifies my confidence to excel. As an Engineering Manager in the IT industry, I've been fortunate to experience incredible support throughout my career, despite facing challenges at times. Feeling valued and empowered as a woman in technology is not just about recognition, but also about the opportunities provided which in turn has allowed me to lead with confidence.
